Heard Sri Anoop Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Kushinagar to decide the petitioner's representations dated 23.7.2018 and 6.10.2020 within stipulated time.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several applications has been moved by the petitioner for taking action against Gram Pradhan and Secretary of Village Sarya, who involved in embezzlement of Gram Samaj fund, but till date nothing has been done on the said applications.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Kushinagar to decide the petitioner's representations dated 23.7.2018 and 6.10.2020, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
