This application has been filed to set aside the interim maintenance order dated 29.5.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court Kannauj, In Case No. 345/12/2017 (Moni Devi Vs. Vijay Kumar) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Thathiya, District Kannauj.
The submission is that the applicant is the labour earning Rs. 2,000/- per month under MANREGA scheme. He has been saddled with the liability of Rs. 5,000/- per month towards interim maintenance of opposite party no. 2.
No interference is called for in the order dated 29.5.2018.
This application is disposed of directing the Family Court, Kannauj to decide the Case No. 345/12/2017 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
