Grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of the order of this court dated 1.3.2013 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 11193 of 2013 no action has been taken by the respondent and the cause of action is continuing cause of action, therefore, there are no laches on the part of the applicants in approaching this court.

Let a copy of this contempt petition be served on Addl. Chief Standing Counsel during course of the day, who may seek instruction within three weeks.
