Till the next date of listing, the petitioner shall not be evicted from the shop in question subject to deposits the enhanced rent at the rate of Rs.3000/- per month from today. Rent at the enhanced rate for the subsequent months shall be made by the 18th of each succeeding month. All monies deposited with the Trial Court shall be released in favour of the respondents-landlord without asking them to furnish any security.
