1. When the matter was taken up, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the University has handed over a photocopy of the marks sheet of M.A. (Part-I) 2017 Private of Economics (Single Subject) to petitioner's counsel.
2. Sri Pandey submits in the Court that the petitioner may approach the Controller of Examination for grant of original marks sheet. He further stated that in case the petitioner applies for the degree, the University shall hand over the same after receipt of the application.
3. In view of the statement so made, the writ petition stands disposed of.
