Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for a direction to to first respondent to decide his representation dated 22.08.2014 for payment of salary within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners file fresh representation ventilating their grievances before the first respondent within fifteen days, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
