Mr. Bidhan Chandra Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioner desires to take a remedy for seeking compensation for the death of his son.
Petition is disposed of, as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to take a remedy, if law so permits, for seeking compensation for the accidental death of his son occurred in the premises of the respondent institution.
