After some argument, Sri Sudhakar Pandey, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to seek such other remedy as may be available to him under law.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioner.
