Petitioner had applied for appointment to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher in Mathematics pursuant to the advertisement issued by the respondent Board, No. 2 of 2011. Written examination was conducted in the year 2016. Petitioner thereafter was called upon to appear for interview on 27.10.2018. According to the petitioner, the communication from Board in that regard was served upon the petitioner only on 04th November, 2018, which was after the last date fixed for holding of interview.
Petitioner, in such circumstances, has approached the Board for allowing the petitioner to appear in the interview, inasmuch as the petitioner was denied intimation of date for appearing in the interview etc. and final result is yet to be declared.
Sri Shivam Yadav, appearing on behalf of the Board, does not dispute that final result has not yet been declared by the Board. It is stated that the petitioner's grievance would be considered by the Board in accordance with law.
Under the facts and circumstances notice above, this petition stands disposed off with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, for being permitted to appear in the interview, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
