ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging action of the respondents in not acting upon the complaint dated 27.12.2008 lodged by the petitioners and in not registering the case thereon.
A counter affidavit is filed by the respondents stating that after receipt of the complaint lodged by the fourth petitioner, a case in Crime No. 3 of 2009 was registered on the file of the Sultan Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad and the same was investigated into. After completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed before the Court of learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
In view of the above averments made in the counter affidavit, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
