Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.1 Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Firozabad to decide the Misc. Case No. 28 of 2011 in Original Suit No. 303 of 2006 (Sanat Kumar Jain vs. Vijay Kumar Jain and others) within stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Firozabad to decide the Misc. Case No. 28 of 2011 in Original Suit No. 303 of 2006 (Sanat Kumar Jain vs. Vijay Kumar Jain and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
