Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 and perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to properly investigate case crime no.305 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Rohania, District Varanasi within stipulated time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merit, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent no.2, Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi to ensure fair and proper investigation in the aforementioned case crime and conclude the same, if possible, within a period of four months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
