Vijay Kumar Gupta vs A.D.J. Ghaziabad & Another

The petitioner's Misc. Appeal No.191 of 2006 is pending before the respondent no.1 against the interim injunction order dated 25.2.2006 passed in Original Suit No.109 of 2004.

The anxiety of the petitioner is for an early decision of the aforesaid appeal which is being unnecessarily delayed.

In view of the limited prayer made above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the aforesaid appeal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
