The petitioner claims that he is owner of plot No.26/1, area 0.0040 hectare and the said plot be recorded as Bhumidar with transferable rights.
It is submitted that other persons namely private respondents no.5 and 6 have taken illegal possession over the land or house.
In case, such illegal possession has been taken over by the private respondents, the petitioner has to approach the court of appropriate jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. In writ jurisdiction, such a direction cannot be issued.
The petition is misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
