Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in fact the first informant is the builder who has entered into an agreement for construction of multi-storey building and the applicants are the owner of the land in question, however, inadvertently in the order dated 20.9.2019 it has been incorporated that "the applicant is a builder and he has entered into an agreement with the first informant, who is owner of the land on which multi-storey flats to be constructed."
Criminal Misc. Correction Application is, accordingly, allowed.
In the order dated 20.9.2019, in Paragraph No.2 following sentence i.e. "the applicant is a builder and he has entered into an agreement with the first informant, who is owner of the land on which multi-storey flats to be constructed" should be read as "the first informant is a builder and the applicants are owner of the land and have entered into an agreement of their land with him on which multi-storey flats are to be constructed."
Order dated 20.9.2019 will stand corrected as above.
