Heard Shri Ram Ji Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner the admitted dues under the contract bill form no.28, which, according to the petitioner, is duly verified by the authorities concerned.
Shri Ratnesh Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent no.2 prays for some time to seek instructions in the matter.
