Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present revision the revisionist has challenged the order dated 22.9.2018 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Aligarh by which the protest petition petition filed by the revisionist was rejected and accepted the final report submitted by the investigating officer in favour of respondent nos. 2 to 6 in case no. 61/12/2017 (138/2018) (Vijay Kumar Alias Vijendra Singh Vs. Rajeev and others), P.S. Harduaganj, District Aligarh.
Submission made by the counsel for the revisionist that as per the medical opinion, the age of the victim is 20 years and in her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. she has candidly stated that she has joined the company of the Rajeev s/o Ramesh on her own violation and accord. Not only this, she is married to Rajeev and lived with him as husband and wife.
After perusing the victim's statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C., I find no good reason to interfere into the order impugned.
