The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.01.2021 passed in Writ A No.566 of 2021 (Vijay Kant Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter was taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the counsel for the opposite party, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
