By means of present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant is seeking a direction upon the court below to decide the complaint case no. 2074 of 2007 (State Vs. Vijay Goel and another) under section 7, 16 Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I Gautam Budh Nagar, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the court below, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the aforesaid criminal case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
