The appeal is filed out of time with an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.
Issue notice returnable within ten days upon the respondents by registered post with acknowledgement due to hear out the objection, if any, in connection with the application for condonation of delay. Steps within 24 hours. In addition to normal mode of service Dasti Summon shall also be issued to the appellant for serving the respondents and on the next date of listing affidavit of service shall be filed.
