The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sridhar Tummalapudi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“The petitioner seeks for grant of bail. The petitioner is the sole accused. He allegedly committed offences under Section 354, 363 and 506 IPC. The petitioner is a student of final y e a r B.Tech. He allegedly misbehaved and outraged the modesty of his co-student. In view of the nature of offences levelled against the petitioner and in view of the fact that the petitioner is a student of final year B.Tech, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Consequently, this Petition is allowed. The petitioner is enlarged on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a like sum to the satisfaction of learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendra Nagar.”
