Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of Case Crime No. 460 of 2016 under Section 417, 418, 464, 465, 468, 471, 209, 210, 182 I.P.C., P.S.- Barhalganj, District-
Gorakhpur.
In case the petitioners are having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the aforementioned case, the same may be raised before the respondent no. 2 who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the aforementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the respondent no. 2 shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay, if there is no legal impediment.
With the above directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
