Heard Sri Rama Niwas Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.
Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for opposite party No.5 and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel Sri Pankaj Srivastava are present through video conferencing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition has been rendered infructuous and in view thereof he does not want to press this petition which may be dismissed as not pressed.
