In the meantime, he will go through judgment passed by Lucknow Bench and will inform the Court whether the employees, who have got benefit from Lucknow Bench and the employees, who have filed this writ petition, their situation is same or not as both were employees of U.P. State Mineral Development Corporation and they were absorbed in 2002 in various departments falling under the territorial jurisdiction of Lucknow Bench.
