JUDGMENT / ORDER

Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner in the Court is taken on record.
Heard Shri Vivek Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Dipak Singh holding brief of Shri I.P. Singh, learned counsel for the Jal Nigam as well as learned Standing Counsel.
It has been submitted that since the petitioenr is similarly placed with the petitioners of Writ Petition No. 168 (S/B) of 2010, therefore, the benefit of the order dated 22.2.2010 passed in that writ petition be also extended to the petitioner.
Shri Dipak Singh has admitted that the petitioenr and the petitioners of writ petition No. 168(S/B) of 2010 belong to the Engineering Service of the Corporation. Hence, the interim relief granted by order dated 22.2.2010 in Writ Petition No. 168 (S/B) of 2010 is extended with the same terms to the petitioner till the final decision of the issue in question.
