Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranjan Mehrotra, learned counsel for respondent No.6.
The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide Arbitration Case No.2 of 2006 within a specified period.
Learned counsel for the respondents points out that this Court by order dated 10.10.2017 in a petition under Article 227 bearing No.6175 of 2017 filed by the petitioner, was pleased to direct the court below to decide the case within a period of one year.
It seems that the court below has not complied with the said direction.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to bring order dated 10.10.2017 to the notice of the court below so that it complies with the said order in its true spirit.
