JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that not to interfere in the peaceful living the petitioners.
From the perusal of the record it appears that in the present case no FIR has been registered, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance, the same may be raised before S.P. Barabanki who shall look into the matter so that injustice may not be done with the petitioner.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
