Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the opposite party did not maintain any order sheet of the proceedings post 2013 or for that matter after the judgment and order passed by the Court on 18 August 2015.
Let the aforesaid facts be brought on record by means of an Affidavit.
Include this application in the list of fresh cases of the appropriate Court on 2 February 2016.
The affidavit may be filed in the meanwhile.
