The petitioners have filed the instant petition with the principal prayer that they be regularised on the post of collection peon (seasonal).
On query made by the Court to counsel for the petitioners as to under which provision the petitioners are seeking regularisation as collection peon (seasonal), learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to show any provision. He, however, submitted that the service of the petitioners may be regularised under the Service Rules on the post of collection peon. He prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach in that regard before the second respondent.
Sri Amit Manohar, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid reserved in favour of the petitioners.
