JUDGMENT / ORDER

This review has been filed by the respondents 5 and 6 in the writ petition contending that on account of the directions issued by this Court, the petitioners will be treated as encroachers of the property. In fact, this Court, while directing the removal of encroachment had clearly indicated that notice to the affected parties has to be issued and the Government has to follow all procedures and formalities under law. Under such circumstances, I do not think that respondents can seek for review of the aforesaid judgment as there is no error apparent on the face of record. Accordingly, this review petition is dismissed.
