This application is preferred by the original petitioner applicant for bringing the legal heirs of respondent No. 2 who expired during the pendency of this Special Civil Application. The death certificate of respondent No. 2 who passed away on 26th August 2011 is brought on record. On hearing both the sides and on examining the record the request to bring the legal heirs of respondent No. 2 is allowed. The petitioner shall carry out necessary amendment within two weeks of this order. A newly impleaded heirs on completion of this amendment shall be carried out within one week of the Special Civil Application after the said amendment. Be it listed in seriatim.
