O R D E R Learned Advocate appearing for petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and has sought for refund of costs deposited by petitioner before this Court. Said memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of withdrawal of writ petition, costs deposited by petitioner is ordered to be refunded to the authorised representative of petitioner on proper identification and Registry is directed to issue the cheque forthwith.
