Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants that a direction be issued to Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to decide her representation dated 22.08.2019.
A perusal of the aforesaid representation reveals that the grievance of the petitioner is that some private persons are encroaching upon her land and, therefore, she wants a direction.
In view of the above, if private persons are encroaching upon the land of the petitioner, the remedy of the petitioner is by way of a civil suit.
The writ petition for the purpose is not appropriate remedy and is dismissed.
