THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRL.HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner is seeking for a direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to implement the orders dated 4.2.2014 and 18.02.2014 issued by the respondents vide Annexures-F and G appended to the writ petition and to direct the 5th respondent to admit the students to the classes in High School established by the 5th respondent.
2. Respondent No.5 herein had filed W.P.No.13634/2014 challenging the very same Annexures-F and G, being against the principles of natural justice and without authority of law. This Court considering the said Writ Petition No.13634/2014 quashed the said Annexures-F and G, orders dated 04.02.2014 and 18.02.2014, reserving liberty to the respondents therein to pass fresh orders in accordance with law after providing opportunity to the petitioner therein (respondent No.5 herein). In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13634/2014 (DD 8.7.2014) as stated supra, this petition does not survive for consideration.
The petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
