Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
In a pending writ petition the following interim order was passed on 18 January 2018:
"In view of the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Punjab and others Vs. Rafiq Masih (White Washer) and others, reported in (2015) 4 SCC 334 no recovery pursuant to order dated 18.12.2017 shall be made from the petitioner till the next date of listing."
Neither in the Affidavit nor in the course of oral submission was the learned counsel able to state or draw the attention of the Court to any material which may have established that a deduction was made after the passing of the interim order.
Consequently, the contempt petition is dismissed.
