JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicants is not present.
Heard learned A.G.A.
This case was sent to the mediation center of this court for settling the dispute. The report of the mediation center has been received which shows that the parties are not willing in mediation.
This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 6.2.2013 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. IV, Raebareli in Criminal Revision No. 4 of 2012 whereby the application under section 5 of Indian Limitation Act has been rejected.
From the perusal of the impugned order dated 6.2.2013 it appears that a complaint case has been filed by Smt. Rekha Rani O.P. No. 1 as Crl. Misc. Case No. 4 of 2012 under section 498-A, 323 IPC and section 4 D.P. Act in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Court No. 13, Raebareli in which the applicants were summoned vide order dated 29.4.2011. The order dated 29.4.2011 has been challenged by the applicants by way of filing the Criminal Revision in which the application for condoning the delay has been filed. The sufficient cause has not been shown to condone the delay in filing the revision. Therefore, the application for condoning the delay has been rejected by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Raebareli. There is no illegality in the impugned order. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
The interim order dated 14.6.2014 is hereby vacated.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
