PRAYER in W.P.No.2008 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2016, issuance of License Bunk shop on the line of Madhavaram High Road, M.H. Road, by the side of K.K.R Apartments, Door No.131, Opp.95/38B Private Buildings, Perambur, Chennai-600 011, petitioner selling Tea, Coffee and allied foods 24 hours and pass further orders.
