As per report submitted by CJM dated 15.07.2021, which has been received by this Court and has been flagged as 'A' it has been reported that the appellant no.1-Vidya Sagar has died on 04.02.2020 and appellant no.2 Zeeshan has also died on 02.10.1992, therefore, the present appeal is abated against both the appellants.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated.
