Heard Shri Sushil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner in this petition seeks quashing of the order dated 19.04.2018 whereby he has been placed under suspension. The charge against the petitioner is of impersonation /misrepresentation.
Considering the allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of suspension.
Writ petition is dismissed.
However, if the respondents contemplate holding the departmental enquiry against the petitioner, they shall issue a charge-sheet to the petitioner within one month from today and thereafter they shall complete the enquiry within a further period of three months.
It is expected that the petitioner shall cooperate in the enquiry and no unnecessary adjounrment shall be granted to either of the parties.
