Heard Sri D.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant will be satisfied if a direction is issued to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Allahabad to decide the Case No. 340 of 2012 (Smt. Vidya Mishra vs. Brij Bhushan Mishra), under Section 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- George Town, District- Allahabad, pending before him within stipulated period.
This innocuous prayer is not opposed by learned A.G.A.
In view of such facts, this application stands disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Allahabad, to decide the pending case of the applicant on its own merits, referred to above, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the application is disposed off.
