JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner Trust which is conducting an educational institution was directed by the 1st respondent to stop construction activities. Ext.P3 show cause notice was thereafter issued to the petitioner. The petitioner submits that he has complied with all the directions issued to him and has thereafter preferred Ext.P9 and P10 representations which are pending consideration before the 1st respondent.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and P10 after hearing the petitioner and pass orders on the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
