This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Allahabad Mandal, Allahabad to expedite the Revision NO. 1761 of 2016 (Computerized No. C201602001761) (Smt. Chandrawati Devi @ Rani Devi and Another vs. Gyanchandra Tripathi and Others) pending before him, within stipulate period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The grievance of the petitioner is that her revision directed against an order rejecting her application under Section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act is pending consideration since the year 2015.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Commissioner, Allahabad Mandal, Allahabad, in case, lower court record has been obtained revision be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
