By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court challenging the recovery certificate dated 07.07.2018 for a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- and odd plus interest and other charges.
Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the liability but prays for some easy instalments fixed by this Court for repayment.
Mrs. Sudha Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Bank has no objection in case the petitioner deposits the amount in instalments as fixed by this Court.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- within one month from today i.e. on or before 20th September, 2018. The Bank will issue the statement of account indicating the interest chargeable and the petitioner will deposit the remainder amount in three equal three monthly instalments.
In case of any default, the writ petition will stand automatically dismissed and the Bank will be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
Since, the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount, no collection charges will be levied.
