Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition petitioner is assailing the order dated 6 February 2018 pssed by the fifth respondent, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Pooranpur, District Pilibhit placing the petitioner under suspension.
After making argument at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the fifth respondent to conclude the enquiry expeditiously within a time frame.
To which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In regard thereto, without entering into the merit of the case, as well as, rival contentions raised by the respective parties, it is provided that the fifth respondent, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Pooranpur, District Pilibhit shall conclude and decide the pending enquiry by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, preferably within three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order and a copy of the writ petition along with the annexures, provided the petitioner cooperates in the enquiry.
With the aforementioned observations/direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
