In the meantime, the respondent-Corporation will adhere to the directions issued in the award dated 20.09.2011 passed in Reference (IT) No.147/2008 by the Industrial Tribunal, Vadodara. It is clarified that for appointment/s which shall be made in future, the members of the petitioner-Union shall be at liberty to make representations seeking necessary clarification with respect to the total number of posts vacant, which shall be duly provided by the respondent.
Considering the facts of the case, it is found desirable to join the newly recruited employee/s as party-respondent/s in the present proceedings. Learned counsel Mr. Pandya undertakes to provide a list of such employee/s to learned counsel Mr. Mishra.
