This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 24.9.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.12762 of 2012 whereby the learned Single Judge has issued notice only for prayer 12 (A), at present. In our opinion, Letters Patent Appeal against the order merely issuing notice to the respondents is not maintainable Hence, the present Letters Patent Appeal is accordingly dismissed.

In view of dismissal of appeal, Civil Application does not survive and it is accordingly dismissed.
