JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) We fix the further hearing on January 7, 2013. On that day, as prayed for by Mr. Singh, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner will file further supplementary affidavit showing the variance of syllabus between the Gujarat Board and the other Boards.
We make it clear that we have not passed any interim order till today.
