The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 9.08.2017 by which application filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been partly allowed.
3. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, afresh, in view of the subsequent events which have taken place during the pendency of this petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
