Heard Sri Ratnesh Kumar Singh for the petitioner and Sri Sujit Kumar Rai for the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of post retiral dues, i.e. Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Bonus, Group Insurance, Security, as well as arrears of salary of the petitioner, along with interest due to delayed payment.
The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before Principal Secretary (respondent-2).
The writ petition is disposed of directing Principal Secretary (respondent- 2) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
