Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel on instructions states that upon encroachments being found to be existing on Plot No. 512 situate in Gram Sabha Adeypur, Tehsil Machhalishahar, district Jaunpur, proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 have already been initiated. He further states that these proceedings shall be taken to their logical conclusion in accordance with law and with due notice to the sixth respondent.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. The petition shall stand disposed of on the above terms.
